Salary: £39,129 - £46,023 | Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable and technically strong Construction Project Manager with previous people, client and contractor management experience. You will oversee construction projects with a site presence during delivery, working in either the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs service or the High-Rise Management and Investment service.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge, experience and an understanding of housing, property and construction services. You should be confident in communicating with designers, contractors and residents and all stakeholders to drive forward construction projects. You should be able to apply programme and project management skills as well as a strong ability to manage the application of design principles during the construction phase.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and increases to the top of the range over time. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
