The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and growing Private Client team based in Basildon.
The role will focus on non-contentious Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate and Trusts, within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider team to deliver a high standard of legal and client service.

Role Responsibilities
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:
* Manage a caseload of non-contentious Private Client matters.
* Advise clients on Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and estate administration matters.
* Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation.
* Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion.
* Maintain compliance with Law Society, SRA and internal practice management requirements.
* Provide a high standard of client care and communication throughout matters.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
Types of Work You Will Handle
The caseload will include a mix of:
* Wills drafting
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Estate planning
* General non-contentious Private Client matters
Requirements
To be considered for this Private Client Solicitor role, you will have:
* Ideally 5+ years Post Qualification Experience as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
* Strong experience within non-contentious Private Client law.
* Experience managing your own caseload independently.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills.
* Professionalism and attention to detail.
* A collaborative and team-focused approach.
* Knowledge of SRA compliance and regulatory requirements.
