Position: Turbine O&M Technician (Associate) – Full‑time – Engineering & Information Technology
Location: Near Denbigh, North Wales.

We need experienced Wind Turbine Technicians to join our Turbine O&M Team and deliver high‑quality maintenance while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Support the Turbine O&M Team in delivering specific projects and resolving ongoing issues.
* Prepare and execute Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and other client‑required procedures.
* Conduct technical audits, assessments, and use specialised equipment such as vibration analysis, ultrasound, bore scope, and thermal imaging.
* Provide mechanical and electrical fault identification and implement technical improvements.
* Lead main component replacements, identify and specify tooling requirements.
* Develop and deliver in‑house technical training.
* Prepare reporting templates and other technical documentation.
* Maintain a strong health & safety, quality & environmental awareness, adapting to a high level of control.
* Travel within the UK & Ireland as required.
Knowledge
* Turbine O&M background – preferably Gamesa Technology.
* Team leadership and subcontractor coordination.
* Health & Safety awareness (RA, CoSSH, MS).
* WTSR certification.
Skills
* Mechanical or electrical fault finding.
* Use of hydraulic tooling.
* Blade repairs.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Reporting and documentation.
Experience
* Wind turbine maintenance.
* Large component exchange (preferred).
* Managing heavy lifting.
* Operating sling banks.
* Working at height.
Qualifications
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualification (Minimum Level 3 NVQ).
