We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Maths Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Horsham, supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. This role involves supporting students within Maths lessons, helping to promote engagement, confidence, and positive learning behaviours within a structured and supportive environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
* Confidence supporting secondary Maths learning
* Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* A calm, proactive, and empathetic approach
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
