Roles and responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
The general manager would be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the staff members who work at the indoor park. This includes setting work schedules, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
1. Customer Service:
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is crucial. The General Manager should focus on maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for children and their parents, addressing customer concerns or complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
1. Operational Management:
The General Manager would oversee the day-to-day operations of the indoor park. This may involve managing inventory and supplies, coordinating maintenance and cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
1. Marketing and Promotion:
Promoting the indoor park to attract customers would also be a responsibility. The general manager should develop marketing strategies, collaborate with local businesses or schools for partnerships, and utilise online platforms and social media to raise awareness of the indoor park's offerings.
1. Business Development:
Exploring growth opportunities and expanding the indoor park's reach is part of the general manager's role. This may involve identifying new target markets, researching trends in the industry, and proposing innovative ideas to enhance the indoor park's appeal and profitability.
