Our client is a major European MEP subcontractor, delivering large-scale mechanical and electrical packages on complex, technically challenging projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, and Battery & Semiconductor Plants.
Role Overview
We are now seeking an experienced M&E Design Manager to join the team on a high-profile pharmaceutical construction project based in Surrey. The successful candidate will take ownership of the M&E design process, coordinating between the client, design consultants, and site delivery teams to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are fully integrated and compliant with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the M&E design process from concept through to construction and handover.
* Coordinate design information between consultants, contractors, and the site team.
* Ensure designs meet pharmaceutical standards, regulations, and client specifications.
