About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UAT Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing activities across a major business transformation and ERP programme. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new systems, processes, and integrations meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to plan, coordinate, and execute UAT cycles—ensuring high-quality outcomes, robust governance, and a smooth path to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing process within large-scale transformation or ERP initiatives.
* Translate business processes and requirements into comprehensive and effective test scenarios and scripts.
* Partner with business teams to define acceptance criteria, manage test execution, and validate outcomes.
* Oversee defect management, including triage, prioritisation, tracking, and retesting.
