Overview
Feeling like you’ve hit a glass ceiling? Maybe you want more flexibility, better development and progression, or simply a firm that listens. At Stowe, we’re here to change that.
We’re the UK’s largest family law firm, but we don’t act like a big corporate machine. Each of our offices has its own close-knit team where you’ll feel supported, valued, and trusted to work in the way that suits you best.
Here’s what makes us stand out
* Flexibility that actually works: Work from home, from the office, or a mix of both, whatever helps you do your best work.
* Real progression: If you’re ready to grow, we’ll help you make it happen. We have biannual promotion windows and clear development paths, so progression isn’t something you have to chase; it’s part of how we work.
* Dedicated support around you: You’ll have secretaries, legal assistants, billing, and new business enquiry teams behind you, so you can focus on your clients and the rewarding parts of family law.
* Well‑being that means something: We know how emotionally demanding this area of law can be. From wellness leave to our partnership with Lifeworks and a network of mental‑health champions, your well‑being is a priority, not an afterthought.
* Always improving: Our tailored case management system and brilliant marketing team are here to make your day‑to‑day run more smoothly.
