HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Northampton, £17.30ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1628129
Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis, for around 12 weeks plus.
Office Attendance – 2 days at home, 3 days in the office
Hours – Full time, Monday to Friday
* Employee Relations Support Manage and advise on sickness absence cases.
* Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Manager Advisory Act as a point of contact for managers needing HR advice.
* Offer practical, hands-on support rather than strategic direction.
* Ensure consistent application of HR processes across teams.
* HR Process Execution Deliver a solid HR programme with a focus on operational delivery.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HR cases.
* TUPE Support TUPE processes as needed, though not responsible for managing them independently.
* General HR Administration Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and ensure compliance with employment law.
* Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as directed.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
