Berkeley Green UTC is seeking a passionate and proactive Employability Coordinator to join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 14–19. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths) by guiding them towards exciting and meaningful career pathways. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with a wide range of employers, ensuring students benefit from real-world insights and opportunities. Your positive approach and excellent communication skills will help deliver high-quality careers advice, work experience placements, and employer engagement activities. If you’re enthusiastic about helping young people realise their potential and thrive in the world of STEM, we’d love to hear from you.

Berkeley Green UTC opened in September 2017 with outstanding facilities, in a state-of-the-art building. We provide specialist, high quality technical and academic education for 14-19 students with a strong interest in Engineering and Digital Technologies including Cyber Security. Although we are a specialist centre, English and Maths are very much the foundations on which all else rests. Developing learners who are confident, fluent and creative is a priority for us.
