Overview
Maintenance Operative. Fleetwood Hall Care Home. £13.53 per hour. 30 hours a week. Shift pattern 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. From property repairs and equipment upkeep to maintaining our gardens and outdoor spaces, your expertise will help us provide a welcoming and functional environment. Responsibilities
* Property Maintenance: Performing routine and emergency maintenance, including minor repairs, decoration, and basic plumbing.
* Safety Checks: Conducting regular inspections of fire alarms, boilers, lifts, and other systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Groundskeeping: Maintaining gardens, car parks, and other outdoor areas to a high standard.
* Stock Management: Ordering and managing tools and supplies efficiently.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting the induction of new staff with training on building layout and fire safety procedures.
* Documentation: Accurately recording all safety checks and maintenance activities.

What We're Looking For
