?? Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 5 out of 7 days

?? Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Deliver high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Assist in menu planning and stock control.
Lead kitchen shifts and supervise junior staff when required.
Participate in function catering (available as paid overtime).
?? Shift Pattern
5 out of 7 days, including 1 in 3 weekends (reducing to 1 in 5 when fully staffed).
Early and late shifts on a rota basis which are normally 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm.
? Requirements
Qualified chef with relevant culinary certifications.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience in high-volume catering preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for food.
