About this role
Cosine is recruiting a Business Development Executive with proven account manager experience to manage the parcel service within their client base, which includes independent stores, multiple stores, and well‑known symbol stores.
Responsibilities
* Calling smaller independent and larger multinational businesses to ensure the parcel service runs smoothly.
* Liaise with decision‑makers to ensure all team members are trained in using the service.
* Ensure systems run smoothly, report faults and troubleshoot where necessary.
Qualifications
* Driven to succeed and able to deliver KPIs.
* Excellent relationship builder and influencer.
* Innovative and prepared to challenge the status quo.
* Excellent training skills.
* Flexible to meet the needs of the business.
* Able to work to tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage; previous experience within the independent sector also an advantage.
