Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring seamless technology experiences for end users? We are seeking a Technology Support Engineer to join our client's team in the iGaming industry. This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, supporting business systems, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations. Bullet Points: Location: Richmond, UK Salary is negotiable based on experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support within a Service Desk or Help Desk environment. Employment Type: Initial 6-month contract (on our payroll or Outside IR35) with long-term employment possibilities What You'll Do Provide technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure and end-user devices (Windows and Mac). Build, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and meeting room technology. Manage Service Desk tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLAs. Support video conferencing solutions and collaboration tools. Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). Assist with virtualization technologies (Azure/AWS) and provide support for Microsoft 365 cloud services. Perform Active Directory administration and patch management. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support within a Service Desk or Help Desk environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Windows endpoint administration, and Apple support. Familiarity with SCCM or similar end-user management systems. Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with enterprise wireless networks. Exposure to PowerShell scripting and virtualization technologies. Certifications (advantageous): CompTIA Network/Security Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Endpoint Administrator (MD102) ITIL Key Skills Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
