Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team working on behalf of our Defence customer in Telford. This is a site-based operational management role, leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, Team Leaders and Team Managers. This pivotal role will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of safety within the warehouse, driving operational performance and representing the Wincanton operation with our customer. Salary £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Site-based role with some flexibility required around working patterns Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance Why Wincanton?
