Conveyancing Assistant. Salary dependent on experience. Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well established client who pride themselves on establishing excellent, long term relationships with both their clients and their staff. They now seek a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Twickenham office.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters
* Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for client
* Prepare correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files
* Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file
* The successful candidate will be experienced preferably in this area of law
* This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
* Commitment to providing excellent client care
* Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
* Team-focus with a flexible "can do" and collaborative approach to working with others
Qualifications
* Experience preferably in this area of law
* Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent communication and professional manner with internal and external contacts
* Commitment to providing excellent client care
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
