The Role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and ensuring excellent service.
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Willing to run shifts, plan schedules, and work with the team on coaching
* Understanding of managing labour and rotas, with a willingness to learn about restaurant financials
* Ability to recognize and celebrate team performance
