The role
You’ll lead the delivery of a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operation, driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership position with real influence – combining day‑to‑day operational excellence with long‑term transformation.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning end‑to‑end production performance and KPI delivery
* Leading and developing a team of Production Leaders and planners
* Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Working cross‑functionally to optimise the full manufacturing value stream
