We are a part of the brewing industry and are seeking a Production Operative to become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities
* To manufacture, produce and package the Company's full range of products in accordance with batch card instructions
* To follow the batch card instructions by accurately weighing and measuring out ingredients and safely transferring them to the appropriate mixing vessel
* To ensure that all liquid quantities are measured by the metering equipment provided
* To ensure that products are mixed at the stated times and samples are taken to the laboratory for quality control approval
* To pack the products into the specified packaging
* To ensure that all stock levels are maintained
* To ensure that all goods are properly labelled in a neat and tidy manner in accordance with Company procedures
* To be involved in the dispatch and movement of goods as required
* Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of tools and machinery
* Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the manufacturing area to promote a safe working environment
* To ensure that mixers, mixing vessels, tanks, drums, any other containers, filling machines and extraction equipment are thoroughly cleaned and in an hygienic state by the advised methods before starting work
Requirements
* Previous food grade/chemical manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable but not essential
* Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is preferred
* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform physical tasks efficiently
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
