The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

* Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
* Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Has an understanding of food safety, health standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
