Graduate Recruitment Consultant – (Cantonese/Mandarin speaker)

The Role:
They are looking for dynamic graduates with fluent Cantonese/Mandarin language skills and a passion for sports and a keen eye for talent to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, leveraging your sporting background to understand the qualities that make a standout candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
* Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
* Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
* Review CVs and applications to shortlist candidates.
* Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Building Relationships:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable roles.
* Foster long-term connections with potential talent through networking and regular follow-ups.
* Work closely with Senior Consultants and Directors to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
* Provide support throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and gathering feedback.
Market Research:
* Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the job market that compliments your client network
* Conduct market mapping to identify key talent within specific sectors.
1. Requirements:
* University graduate with a degree in any discipline. (Graduated 2023 onwards).
* Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Driven and motivated by results, money, and the desire to work hard to master your craft
* Highly personable and appreciative of a diverse working environment
* Willingness to travel occasionally across multiple locations.
* Have a thirst for learning and teaching/coaching
* An interest in Financial Markets, Technology & Trading
