Are you an experienced maintenance professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Join a leading food manufacturing company in Nantwich as our new Maintenance Team Leader, and play a key role in keeping our fast-paced production environment running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor a multi-skilled maintenance team.
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
* Drive improvements in equipment reliability and downtime reduction.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and site health & safety standards.
* Support continuous improvement projects and long-term engineering strategies.
What We're Looking For
* Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled).
* Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing-food or FMCG preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
* Ability to work effectively on a rotating days/nights shift pattern.
