Due to continued growth and the award of a new project, they are now seeking an Part Time Project Administrator to support the coordination and delivery of ongoing works. This role will play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly from initial customer contact through to completion and certification. Working within a friendly office environment, this position would suit somebody highly organised, confident communicating with people and able to proactively manage multiple moving parts at once. Key Responsibilities as Part Time Project Administrator: Proactively contact individuals who have made project applications Conduct initial conversations and questionnaires to assess suitability for the programme Coordinate appointments and manage diaries for internal team members Act as a key point of contact for clients and the internal workforce via telephone and email Ensure projects continue progressing smoothly by proactively following up outstanding actions and documentation Collate, manage and maintain accurate project records, compliance documentation and certification paperwork Upload and submit required information onto external industry certification systems Provide general administrative and back office support Monitor internal systems to ensure all project information remains accurate and up to date Work closely with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service and project delivery Experience Required: Previous administration, office coordination or project support experience preferred Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders over the phone Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Comfortable using internal systems and Microsoft Office packages Ability to work proactively and use initiative In Return as Part Time Project Administrator you will receive: £13.00 - £15.50 per hour Flexible part time working hours Potential for additional hours depending on business demand Opportunity to join a growing independently owned business Supportive and collaborative office environment If you are a proactive and organised administrator looking for a varied role within a growing business, APPLY TODAY!
