A fantastic full-time and permanent opportunity is available for an experienced joiner who can also offer additional skills such as tiling or plastering to join a friendly team in our facilities management department.
We are a well-established and respected design, build, and reactive maintenance company seeking operatives with a broad skill set who thrive in fast-paced, challenging roles. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team, and passionate about delivering high-quality results.
We need multi-skilled joiners and engineers with various skills for local housing projects, including refurbishing void properties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team, with a passion for high standards.
Required skills and experience:
* Core trade in joinery, with experience in plumbing, tiling, painting & decorating, or groundworks
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience in reactive and planned maintenance is advantageous
* Comfortable using basic technology for job allocation software via mobile devices
* Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues
* Full driving license
* Willing to participate in a call-out rota, approximately one week every three months
* C&G or equivalent qualifications in joinery
You will be working in and around Doncaster, refurbishing kitchens, bathrooms, and updating properties. The role is based at our Head Office in Doncaster, which offers excellent staff facilities, free parking, and complimentary tea & coffee.
