Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring all Tesco sites are safe and operational
• Following work schedules for first-time fixes
• Maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
• Building effective stakeholder relationships
• Sharing best practices with team members
• Applying problem-solving skills for issue resolution
• Managing tasks to completion and informing stakeholders
• Developing through the maintenance pathway
• Driving personal development and KPI achievement
• Using mobile devices and business systems effectively
• Representing Tesco's brand and values
• Participating in meetings and providing feedback
• Supporting an inclusive culture
Requirements include:
• ONC or equivalent qualification
• Full driving license
• Health & Safety awareness
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Completed technical training relevant to mechanical maintenance
• Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction
• Digital confidence with mobile devices and business systems
