Salary: £13.70 – £14.50 per hour

At Supply Desk, we’re proud to be working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Lewes and nearby villages, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team.
Whether you’re experienced in education or just starting out, we’ll help match you with the right school and setting to suit your strengths, goals, and availability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils in class, either one-to-one or in small groups
Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Encouraging children to stay focused, feel confident and enjoy learning
Helping to create a safe, welcoming and positive classroom environment
Adapting support to meet individual learning needs and abilities
About You:
You have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
You’re caring, patient and enthusiastic – with a great sense of humour!
Previous school or childcare experience is a bonus – but not essential
You’re a confident communicator and a great team player
You’re flexible, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand
