Overview
Solution Delivery Manager - Platform Development at Tunstall Healthcare Group. Hybrid working from Head Office in Whitley (DN14 0HR).
What you will be doing
* Lead the planning, implementation, product management and optimisation of solution delivery across telehealth and care services.
* Ensure customers – local authorities, housing providers, and private clients – receive high-quality, compliant, and integrated telecare solutions that enhance user safety, independence, and wellbeing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions focusing on the customer and user journey.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in solution or service delivery leadership or product management, ideally in telecare, digital health or healthcare technology.
* Strong understanding of technology-enabled care (TEC), digital transitions (analogue to digital) and remote monitoring solutions.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of agile development methodologies.
* Proactive with a can-do attitude and demonstrated delivery of customer-centric products with measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in solution or service delivery leadership or product management in telecare, digital health, or healthcare technology.
* Understanding of TEC, digital transitions, and remote monitoring solutions.
* Track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
* Leadership and people management skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements, data privacy, safeguarding in care/health environments.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Experience with cloud-based services or app development; understanding of AI/ML concepts relevant to IoT and predictive care.
Desirable Skills And Experience
* Experience with UK public sector service delivery (e.g., local authorities, NHS, housing providers).
* Technical background with telecare platforms, digital alarm systems, or IoT health devices.
* Familiarity with regulatory environments.
* Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Lucid, Strategic Roadmaps).
* Passion for social impact, inclusion and improving the lives of vulnerable or aging populations.
