Job Description

We are currently recruiting for:

Position: Sales Lead
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

What you’ll do

As Sales Lead, you’ll lead the charge for your shop’s daily sales activities, including fulfilling e-commerce orders and merchandising. You’ll set the standard for customer experience in your shop and create an engaging cycling environment. This role requires enthusiasm and the ability to translate it into sales.

The goal? Build a community of dedicated clients who trust your shop for excellent service.

Sales & E-Commerce = 70%

* Lead store sales activities, including customer engagement, completing daily tasks, and monitoring sales.
* Manage all e-commerce sales related to your store's inventory, including orders, shipments, packing, shipping, and returns.

Training = 15%

* Organize and participate in sales training through role plays, secret shop results, and observing customer interactions.
* Ensure sales staff complete and apply learnings from Trek University courses, Dave Mitchell sales training, and other educational resources.
* Maintain store merchandising according to Visual Merchandising directives, including product placement, pricing, and restocking.

Product & Promotions = 5%

* Collaborate with the Store Manager to research new products for the store.
* Work with Retail Marketing to plan and execute promotional strategies, monitor ROI, and set up promotions.
