Business Support Centre Operative

Location: Unilever PLC, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 2BA. Permanent. Full Time. £14.62 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00 or 08:30–17:00

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Business Support Centre Operative to join our team at the Unilever site in Kingston. If you enjoy supporting others, take pride in your work and thrive in a busy environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team delivering high‑quality business support and mailroom services.


What You’ll Do

* Deliver daily mailroom operations, including sorting, distribution, and dispatch of mail and packages
* Provide business support tasks as required by the site and client teams
* Ensure compliance with site processes and procedures
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
* Support general logistical or administrative tasks to keep services running smoothly


What You Bring

* Experience working in a mailroom or business support environment
* A responsible attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
* A positive “can‑do” mindset and the ability to work well in a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise work
