Our client is currently looking for a freelance No 1 Site Manager, to work on the refurbishment and re-roofing of a care cantre in the Bathgate EH48 2SS area that will run for up to 30 weeks starting on the 21st July 2025. Suitable candidates for this role must have experience as an autonomous No.1 Site Manager with project values from £500k to £2.5million across the refurbishment, construction and / or roofing sectors ideally. You will be required to liaise with the client, drive the subcontractors, manage contractors on site as the No.1, general day to day issues, quality and programme whilst being a self-motivated individual that is autonomous in your role.
