Are you an organised, people-focused individual looking to gain experience in HR? Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy and supportive HR team on a temporary casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for helping others, looking to build hands‑on HR experience.


Key Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for HR queries from staff, applicants, and new starters.
* Gain valuable hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
* Receive training and support to develop your HR knowledge.
* Join a friendly, collaborative team where your contribution matters.
* Flexible, casual working arrangement to suit availability.


What Youll Be Doing

* Managing recruitment processes: posting job adverts, preparing interview packs, and coordinating candidate communications.
* Supporting onboarding: issuing offer letters, completing pre‑employment checks, and setting up new starters in our HR system (iTrent).
* Handling confidential data with accuracy and discretion.
* Responding to HR queries via phone, email, and in person.
* Maintaining trackers and reports to monitor progress and compliance.
* Collaborating with colleagues across HR and Payroll to ensure smooth service delivery.


Qualifications

* Strong administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g. iTrent) is helpful but not essential.
* A proactive, team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
* Flexibility to work on a casual, short‑term basis as required.


Role Details

* This is a temporary casual role, to support the Team over the summer period.
* The role is full‑time hours and will be based at our Watford Campus.
* The ideal candidate will be available from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
