Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff
up to £35,000 DOE + comms
Permanent People are currently working with a leading, established recruitment agency.
Their Cardiff office is expanding, and we are recruiting for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their small, mature, vibrant Property team.
With an excellent reputation in the market, they pride themselves on matching top talent with prestigious local firms. They have a consultative approach to recruitment which involves headhunting top talent across the country. Full training can be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with firms in South Wales and across the South West.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking and social media.
Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expand your client base.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the property legal job market to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Negotiation: Manage the offer process between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth negotiation and acceptance process.
Placement: Successfully place candidates in roles, from junior associates to senior partners.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: We are looking for someone with some recruitment experience, or a background in Property/Estate Agent would be a distinct advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with both clients and candidates. Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving.
Attitude: A driven, motivated, and results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
