BRB TEMPS – Recruitment Resourcer
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the city centre office. You will be the face and voice of BRB for our candidates, ensuring they have a smooth and memorable experience coming onboard. Your enthusiasm for building relationships and your ability to manage the recruitment process will contribute significantly to our organization's success. Pay £24,000
Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm - 35hrs a week
Annual Leave 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
Location Office located in Queen Avenue, Liverpool City Centre.
Responsibilities
* Using Indeed and other platforms to source candidates.
* Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone or in person.
* Carrying out necessary pre-employment checks to get a candidate out to work.
* Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
* Support internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for employee development and succession planning.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Experience in a call centre or in an administrative/receptionist role would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Friendly and positive attitude.
* Organised.
