Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join the commercial team at their head office in Glossop, Derbyshire. Key Responsibilities Monitor and record incoming sales enquiries and coordinate timely responses. Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, quotes, and customer follow-ups. Ensure all customer details and communications are up to date in internal systems. Liaise with internal teams (including planning and sales) to keep customers informed on progress of orders and quotations. Help develop and improve departmental processes for efficiency and accuracy. Assist with identifying opportunities to increase enquiry conversions and enhance customer experience. Provide management with regular reports and insights to support sales strategy. Work closely with sales and marketing to support business development initiatives. Manage outbound order dispatches and complete associated documentation (e.g. delivery notes, certificates, commercial invoices). What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a B2B sales support or customer service environment. Confident communicating directly with customers via phone and email. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to understand and manage technical information (engineering knowledge is a bonus). Comfortable with data handling and producing reports for internal stakeholders. Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
