Main Responsibilities Will Include
* Lead and coordinate continuous improvement programs and site-wide excellence initiatives
* Apply lean principles and integrate design-for-manufacture practices across operations
* Conduct investigations, process capability studies, and validation activities for equipment and processes
* Develop and implement tactical plans for equipment installations, modifications, and enhancements
* Oversee chemical process characterization, scale-up activities, and associated validations
* Direct safety and environmental programs to maintain compliance and operational integrity
* Manage facility maintenance and improvement projects to support business continuity
* Establish engineering controls and specifications for manufacturing processes and equipment
About You
* Degree in engineering, preferably chemical or mechanical
* Experience in manufacturing technical operations, ideally within regulated environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GMP requirements for medical devices
* Knowledge of chemical or polymer processing and an understanding of EHS systems
* Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
Salary range for the role:
£35,000 + benefits
£32,400.00 - £55,100.00 GBP Annual
