What you ’ll do: Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks according to established menus and recipes. Assist the kitchen with food preparation where required. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils. Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs. Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. What we ’re looking for: Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided. Ideally have experience working within catering Have good Health & Safety knowledge. Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
