To support our goal of bringing money confidence, for everyone, every day, we are looking for Account Opening Specialists to join our Business Banking Team in Edinburgh How you’ll make a difference Business Banking Customer Service Adviser is responsible for providing day to day services such as onboarding new to bank business customers, supporting customers via telephone lines, working administration tasks such as mailboxes and hybrid mailing and may include Know Your Business support. All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a desire to explore and support local businesses to flourish. You will be part of a team providing excellent service to customers through the onboarding stages of their application, or supporting relationship management customers in their day to day transactions. What we offer in return We’ll pay you a base salary of £24,700 from day one, and an excellent benefits package which includes: Extra 9% of your salary (£2,223) to either take as cash in your pay or to spend on flexible benefits (dental plan, cycle2work, buying extra holidays, etc.) Variable Pay Award (5%/£1,235 on target) based on company performance.
