About the Role
As a Learning Facilitator, you will:
* Support learners and educators by delivering engaging educational and enrichment activities
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Foster personal development and build learners confidence and skills
* Monitor and record learner attendance and progress
This is a rewarding role where youll make a real difference in the lives of learners who need extra support to re-engage with education and training.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to engage and motivate learners
* A flexible approach to delivering qualifications across various subjects
* A commitment to creating a supportive and effective learning atmosphere
* A teaching or assessing qualification (desirable but not essential)
