About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Site Supervisor to lead the charge on a diverse range of specialised modular construction projects across the QLD metro and surrounding areas. In this dynamic, full-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site operations — from coordinating and overseeing subcontractors and tradespeople, to ensuring safety, quality, schedules, and budgets are met. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality modular solutions across multiple projects of varying size and complexity. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading site teams, and want to grow your career with a market leader in modular construction, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Leading construction teams on site, monitoring project construction schedules and reporting on project progress and updates.
* Reviewing project specifications and drawings and provide advice on construction methodology.
* Organising required materials, equipment, subcontractors, and direct labour.
* Monitoring subcontractors scope of works and oversee daily operations.
* Ensuring the project is delivered in compliance with drawings and specifications, contractual documents and internal procedures.
* Ensure implementation of safety procedures and policies on site at all times.
About you:
You’re a proactive and hands-on Supervisor with a solid background in commercial construction supervision, ideally with experience in modular or transportable buildings. With at least 3 years in a similar role, you have a deep understanding of construction processes, Australian Standards, and site safety regulations. You’re confident coordinating a wide range of subcontractors and tradespeople, keeping projects on track while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and compliance. Your excellent communication and organisational skills allow you to manage multiple priorities and drive results with minimal supervision. Most importantly, you’re a team player who leads by example, brings a strong safety mindset, and takes pride in delivering high-standard projects on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* 3+ year experience in a similar role in commercial construction.
* Comprehensive understanding of the building industry.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards/Regulations and other applicable legislations and construction techniques.
* Commitment to safe working practices.
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with trades, colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
* An ability to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
* Skilled in defining, prioritising and organising completing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated drive and initiative.
* Hold a current valid Queensland driver’s license.
* Construction Induction Training Card (Whitecard).
