Responsibilities
Prioritising Workload From Centralised Email Inbox and day‑to‑day tasks include:
* You will work efficiently and effectively alongside the Bodyshop Managers, receptionists and Parts department.
* Qualifying and processing customer insurance claims.
* Booking estimate appointments and repair appointments.
* Maintain a professional manner at all times.
* Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction at all times.
* Building rapport with internal sites / staff and external customers.
* Dealing with own customer claims and keep customers ‘up to date’ daily.
Qualifications
* Previous Bodyshop Administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful but administrative experience in another environment will be considered as full training can be given.
* Previous experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high‑pressured environment.
