With a growing programme of external refurbishment and EWI works across Scotland, alongside newly awarded projects in Dundee, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple schemes. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised leader who thrives on managing multiple projects and shaping delivery across busy, occupied housing environments. Overseeing Site Managers, bringing together people, programmes, and performance ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. Working across external fabric upgrades, including EWI, roofing, cladding, and render, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships, supporting tenants, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support project teams across several live sites, ensuring the right resources and expertise are in place. Oversee programme management, budget control, commercial performance, and quality outcomes. Champion health & safety, ensuring full compliance across all stages of delivery. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and local stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout. Support the Tenant Liaison team to ensure a positive experience for residents in occupied properties. Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and performance reporting to senior leadership. Encourage continuous improvement and collaborative working across all projects. About You: We’re looking for a confident, solutions-focused Contracts Manager who brings: Demonstrable experience in retrofit, external refurbishment, or social housing projects. Strong technical understanding of EWI, roofing, and render systems. Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent organisational and commercial awareness. A calm and professional approach when engaging with residents, subcontractors, and client partners.
