We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Italian and/or Spanish-speaking Assistant Financial Accountant based in Bradford. The Role
In this role, you will support the Financial Controller in managing the financial activities of the Italian entity, working closely with the wider General Ledger team. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely period-end reporting, maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet, processing journal entries, and handling various other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations.
Driving efficient and timely month-end processes.
Managing and processing journal entries with precision.
Upholding rigorous SOX and internal control standards.
Contributing to specialised areas such as GRNI, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Leases.
The Person
Fluency in Italian or Spanish is essential, as is a strong desire to pursue a long-term career in finance. No specific finance experience is required for this role, as comprehensive support and further qualifications such as CIMA/ACCA will be provided. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to grow and develop in this role.
