Female Care Assistant - Driver with Own Vehicle
Location: Cleadon, SR6 - Sunderland
Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour (including holiday pay) + 30p per mile

About the Role
This is a homecare position - you'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person-centered care and support.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
2. Providing personal care with dignity and respect
3. Supporting with medication management
4. Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
