37 hours per week We are looking for an individual to join our Housing Services team as our next Customer Experience Advisor within our Community Safety team to take a range of enquiries and give assistance to our customers. Managing both internal & external calls to customers regarding anti-social behaviour, you will communicate effectively, act quickly and professionally resolve them. You will get the opportunity to support the team by being the first point of contact to customers wishing to report ASB, you will open ASB cases where appropriate and completing risk assessments. You will also support in managing noise app reports, along with Person Alert requests. The role includes supporting our reception function at Tamar Court, Worle. This is a great opportunity to take that next step in your customer service career and learn new skills in Community Safety in a supportive team environment. About You: A natural communicator, you can communicate with a wide range of people in a clear and concise manner. With experience of working in a customer focused/service environment, you will also have high levels of IT literacy and have a flexible approach to supporting your colleagues.
