We are seeking an enthusiastic and focussed administration and accounts assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will report to management on various administrative and book keeping tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate well. This role includes significant opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
* Record and reconcile revenue and expenses in our accounting programme (Xero) under supervision where necessary. This task relies on good record keeping and audit trails.
* Provide management with support on regular HR related tasks (eg payroll, holiday records and contracts)
* Step in to help with reception when needed (eg sickness cover) with suitable training.
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Maintain an organised HR/accounts office area
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

* Previous clerical, customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
