Welder/fabricator
Based - Anglesey
Salary - up to £15.06ph, depending on skills and experience (before shift allowance where applicable).
Due to continued growth and investment, our client is looking to expand its welding, Team. Join a business that offers regular weekday hours with an early finish on Fridays, ongoing training, and stable, long-term work in a clean, well-equipped site. Based at their modern site on Anglesey, they are seeking an experienced MIG/TIG welder/fabricator to help build precision-engineered solutions that genuinely make a difference. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that values quality, safety, and continual improvement.
What you'll do:
Read and interpret technical drawings to Weld/fabricate components
Use hand and power tools, including 4.5"/ 9" Grinders
Work on bespoke and production-run systems.
Deburring many different metal components with grinders, linishers, belt sanders
Inspect, test and maintain high standards of workmanship
Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement
Help maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment What they offer:
Up to £15.06 per hour
Days shift: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 07:00-12:30
Evening shift: Monday-Thursday 16:30 - 01:00, Friday 12:30 -18:00

Experience in MIG and Tig welding
Familiarity with quality checks using vernier callipers, gauges etc.
An eye for detail and pride in producing work of a high standard
A team player whose safety-conscious, punctual and keen to learn You'll be based full-time at the Anglesey site, with all work carried out on-site—no travel or site installs required. Requirements
Are you eligible to work in the UK?
Do you have experience in working in a manufacturing or engineering environment?
Are you able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings?
Are you able to reliably commute to our Anglesey site for full-time, on-site work?
Do you have experience using hand measuring tools such as callipers or gauges?
