We’re now expanding our team and looking for a skilled Heating Engineer who takes pride in excellent workmanship and great customer service. The Role As a Heating Engineer, you’ll carry out installations, maintenance, repairs, and emergencies. You’ll work independently and as part of a supportive team — always aiming for a first-time fix and 100% customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Install, service, and repair gas boilers, central heating systems.

* Diagnose faults, complete testing, and ensure all work complies with safety standards.
* Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer — representing us with pride.
* Record job notes.
* Communicate with the office and team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Skills & Experience Required * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
* Gas Safe Registration.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
