Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Vocational level 3 qualification in related field or equivalent knowledge of administrative processes
2. GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics
3. Excellent IT skills, in particular with Microsoft Office
Experience
Essential criteria
4. Recent experience of working as a PA/Secretary
5. Experience of minuting meetings, either face to face and virtually
6. Recent experience of working as part of a team
Desirable criteria
7. Previous NHS experience
8. Experience of collating and analysing data, to develop reports using data systems and spreadsheets
Skills
Essential criteria
9. Evidence of organisational skills
10. Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
11. Ability to prioritise, deal with conflicting demands, pressures and tight deadlines
12. Ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
