Role Overview

Allwyn operates the Three Lines of Defence Model. The Central Risk Team is a Second Line function supporting the First Line Risk Owners and business-embedded Functional Assurance teams with application of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the use of the AuditBoard Governance, Risk, and Compliance system.

The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Risk Manager in maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and assisting the business with its application. The position involves becoming the AuditBoard knowledge specialist, covering the Risks and Controls modules, as well as the “CrossComply,” “ESG,” and “Workstream” modules.


Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Head of ERM and Oversight and the Senior Risk Manager with the annual review of the Risk Management Policy.
2. Assist in the annual review of Risk Management Processes.
3. Advise Risk Owners and Functional Assurance Leads on policy and process application.
4. Provide training to groups or individuals.
5. Assist the business with articulation and assessment of risks and controls.
6. Support the Compliance Analyst with the administration of the Control Self-Assessment process.


AuditBoard GRC System Expertise

* Be an expert user of all system modules.
* Administer risk processes within the system.
* Produce system-generated dashboards and reports.
* Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities to expand and champion system use.


Collaborative Relationships

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the business, Functional Assurance Leads, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance.


Requirements

* Experience in risk management or internal audit is essential.
* Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CIA, or similar) is preferred.
* Experience with a GRC system is advantageous.
