Project Planner
Staffordshire - Onsite (Permanent position)
We’re looking for a Project Planner to help keep our projects running smoothly — delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll be the one bringing the pieces together, making sure schedules, costs, and resources all line up while keeping everyone — from the team to the client — on the same page.
The role:
* Creating and updating project schedules and financial reports.
* Planning resources, managing labour, and tracking progress.
* Working closely with our operations team, clients, and other key people involved.
* Helping with project setup, risk reviews, and cost control.
* Making sure everything meets company standards and industry requirements.
* Supporting performance reporting and finding ways to improve how we work.
Your Experience:
* Experience in project planning, coordination, or project engineering.
* A background in engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
* Great attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft Project (or similar tools).
* Clear communication and the ability to work well with different teams and clients.
* APM or PRINCE2 qualifications (but they’re not essential)
